Do you sell gift certificates?
Absolutely! Just call us at 415-994-5484 for gift cards in any denomination. Makes a wonderful gift for new parents, get well soon or someone you just really care about.

Are the entrees fresh or frozen?
All the entrees come fresh made to order! We suggest you freeze anything you're not going to eat within 4 days. The items we consider to be more freezable are marked on the label.

How is the food packaged?
The entrees are beautifully garnished and packaged in either plastic or pyrex glass containers with detailed reheating instructions.

How do I prepare the meals?
Preheat the oven and light a few candles! All the entrees come fully cooked and ready to heat and serve. For best results, we suggest heating the meals in your oven, but everything is microwaveable, too. Cooking directions are on the label and most meals are ready to eat in 10-20 minutes.

Do you make substitutions?
Absolutely! Every entree is made to order so if you just don't like onions, we'll make yours without onions.  Just email us your request and we will adjust the menu.

What about food allergies and sensitivities?
We specialize in food sensitivities! Our food is already low in many common allergens such as wheat and dairy, but for no charge we completely work around wheat (or all gluten), cheese (or all dairy), soy, nuts and corn on the lunches and dinners. if you are ordering multiple meals, please let us know if there's a meal or two that you want us to not apply the dietary restrictions to.

What's the variety like?
We have hundreds of wonderful recipes spanning many borders that we rotate each week on a seasonal basis. Popular favorites will appear more often, so feel free to make requests!

How organic is it?
Our kitchen is organic right down to the fresh spices and oils. For example, we use only Rosie brand chicken, and non-farmed fish. We use only the highest quality ingredients because we have a serious grudge against pesticides and hormones and inhumane treatment of animals. Plus, it tastes a lot better. We even use earth-friendly cleaning and paper products and donate all our produce scraps to be turned into organic compost.

What forms of payment do you take?
We accept checks, cash and money orders. Credit card option coming soon!
