"This program has motivated me to be the kind of eater I have always wanted to be, but for what ever reasons, wouldn't allow myself to be. I have incorporated so many more vegetables. I have started really listening to my body and my mind. I feel so much better and when I don't eat as well, I am so much more in touch with how and why and want to put good things in my body. The sugar lecture really paved the way. Just simply stopping and paying attention to the root of the craving. I also really enjoyed the recipes and the shopping session. It is exciting to try, and like, new things. Going shopping with you and getting the visual in the store was really important. Paying attention to my body and the messages it is sending has been the biggest help. Stacey- You have been wonderful! I love how you get me thinking about things. And you have such a gentle and unassuming approach. It does not put me on the defensive. That is a talent to be proud of. I don't think there is anything different or more you could do.
