About Five Point Wellness
There is no one "perfect diet" that works for everyone - we are all different people living in different bodies, therefore, every body needs a different diet.
The Five Point Wellness Program will teach you to listen to your body, and develop your intuition for bringing your body back to its optimum state of balance. We offer individual programs, women's group yoga and nutrition, group phone counseling, corporate wellness seminars, and healthy living teleclasses custom designed to improve your health and sustain balance. Are you a wellness professional? We also offer business coaching for aspiring holistic practitioner's and IIN graduates who want to build their own wildly successful practice in less time.
The Five Points A true holistic approach to life incorporates things that nourish you other than food, including things like honest and open relationships, a spiritual practice you feel connected to, a career that inspires you, and movement that feels good to your body. These points are at the heart of the Five Point Wellness program and as a Holistic Health Counselor I work with you to help find balance in all of these areas.

Quickie Q&A about health counseling
Q: I eat pretty healthy, why would I want a nutritional counselor? A: I used to think this way too. The funny thing is what I thought was healthy wasn't actually very healthy for me. Everybody is unique. A nutrition counselor helps you figure out the optimal way of eating for YOUR unique body.
Also, many of us may know WHAT to eat to be healthy, but we don't always do it right? That's because knowing is not enough. A nutrition counselor takes you from theory to practice, helping you integrate healthy habits into your lifestyle.
Q: I know I should probably eat healthier, but why should I care? A: Because when you are eating well, you have more energy to do what you love, more patience to deal with challenges, more confidence and self-esteem. When you are balanced in these areas, your chances of living an extraordinary life are pretty good.
