Group Programs over the Phone

This program has similar benefits as the in-person group program. Giveaways may vary.

The group dynamic is very powerful. You will be challenged, inspired and  supported by a group of people all working together to help you pick through the chaos of the mind and pull out the optimal.

What this program includes:

* Eight thematic group sessions (see group program page for topics.)
* Your own binder with session notes and handouts
* Recipes and cooking tips
* Healthy living materials / samples
* A copy of my Healthy Shopping Guide
* Meditation/relaxation techniques
* Invitation to participate in select healthy living teleclasses
* And a few surprises : )

Sessions take place approximately every two weeks for 4 months.

If you'd like to be placed with a group at random, contact me to be placed on a waiting list so I can match you up with a group to best support you.

 
Cost: Price listed reflects total cost per person.

2 people (Eight one hour sessions)  $699 Each ($177 per month)

Pay together ($355 per month)

3 people (Eight 90 minute sessions) $685 Each ($171 per month)

4 people (Eight 90 minute sessions)  $650 Each ($162 per month)

If you'd like extra one-on-one support during your program, you may schedule a private phone session. Please note, these sessions and pricing are only available to those already enrolled in the program. Email me at any time during the four months to schedule additional phone sessions.

Add-on Session Pricing:

30 minute private phone session $65

*Monthly Payment Plans are available for those who need it.
*By signing up for the Program you are agreeing to pay for and participate in the entire Program.
*Payment can be made online via credit card or checking account. Payments are non-refundable.
*Once you sign up, you will receive a welcome letter and your first package of "goodies" will be sent out!
